1. Shipping Policy
Processing & Production Time
All orders are custom-made and require production time before shipping.
Typical production times range from 3–10 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order.
Rush services may be available upon request (additional charges may apply).
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship across Canada, including Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador, and beyond.
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or local couriers.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination, unless otherwise stated in a promotion or quote.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet deadlines, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Return Policy
Custom Orders
Because all of our products are custom-made, all sales are final once production begins.
Returns and refunds are not available for custom printing, signage, or design services.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved proof:
Notify us within 7 business days of delivery.
Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos of the damage/defect.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or reprint at no additional cost.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving proofs before production.
Errors in spelling, design, or colors that were approved in the final proof are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
File quality (resolution, size, format) provided by the customer is their responsibility.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production starts.
Once approved and in production, cancellations are not possible.
Any design work completed prior to cancellation may be subject to fees.
