1. Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time

  • All orders are custom-made and require production time before shipping.

  • Typical production times range from 3–10 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order.

  • Rush services may be available upon request (additional charges may apply).

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship across Canada, including Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador, and beyond.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or local couriers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination, unless otherwise stated in a promotion or quote.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Delays

  • While we do our best to meet deadlines, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.


2. Return Policy

Custom Orders

  • Because all of our products are custom-made, all sales are final once production begins.

  • Returns and refunds are not available for custom printing, signage, or design services.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved proof:

  1. Notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos of the damage/defect.

  3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or reprint at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving proofs before production.

  • Errors in spelling, design, or colors that were approved in the final proof are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • File quality (resolution, size, format) provided by the customer is their responsibility.


3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before production starts.

  • Once approved and in production, cancellations are not possible.

  • Any design work completed prior to cancellation may be subject to fees.
