Our regular banners are printed on 13 oz. vinyl, a lightweight yet durable material suitable for most indoor and outdoor applications. For areas exposed to strong wind or long-term weather conditions, we recommend upgrading to mesh banners.
For added strength and longevity, banners should be hemmed or sewn, especially for extended use. While hemming or leaving edges unfinished may offer a faster turnaround, sewn edges are recommended for maximum durability.
Double-sided (2/S) banners are produced by printing two single-sided banners and placing them back-to-back. Finishing options include:
- Tape-Hemmed
- Sewn (stronger)
- Sewn Hem with Webbing (strongest, reinforced with seatbelt-like material)
